A standard LucidEDE website for your Outer Banks vacation home is $250 and includes up to 20 photos. The standard website uses a layout similar to those in the portfolio at right. Custom websites with unique layouts, graphics, and animated introductions are also available - please inquire. Your website's address appears in both the Southern Shores Realty Vacation Planner brochure and on the Southern Shores Realty website description of your home as an active link so that renters can visit your website with just a mouse click.
How it works
What you need to provide:
Photos of your home with captions and descriptions, if desired.
A written description of your home. This may include, for example, a list or description of your home’s amenities, what you like about your home, or anything else that you think would appeal to renters.

What LucidEDE will do:
Design your website using the content you provided and send it to you for review.
To direct potential renters to your website, we arrange for Southern Shores Realty to link your new website to their online listing of your home.
Pricing
The fee for the standard LucidEDE website is $250. Please inquire about custom websites.
You may upgrade the standard LucidEDE website by adding as many additional photos as you like for a fee of $5 per additional photo.
The fee to maintain your website is currently $50 per year (subject to change).
